CIS is honored to operate a fully mature athletics program which runs from K-12. We are well connected to the international school’s community and as a result, always present in sporting events, exchanges and tournaments.

Driven by excellence and a desire to provide every single possible opportunity for our Grizzlies and CIS community, CIS developed and launched the Grizzlies Sports Academies. The academies are led by highly certified and qualified coaches who have extensive experience in developing young athletes and taking them to the professional level.
Our Athletics and Academies program, combines elite training, competition, and personal growth through specialized Football and Swimming Academies. Young athletes train with top coaches, compete ininternational school tournaments, and develop teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.

International Swimming Courses:
Our programs cater to all ages and skill levels, focusing on fostering a love for swimming, teaching life-saving swimming skills, learning different strokes and providing a comprehensive understanding of water.
Professional Training and Certification:
We adhere to internationally recognized training systems to ensure progress from beginner to advanced levels. After the different courses are completed, you will be presented with a graduation certificate and a swimming cap from the Grizzlies Swimming Academy.

Program Introduction
Our football activities have been greatly enriched by Graziano Mannari, our Grizzlies Football Academy Head Coach. Mannari is a distinguished figure in football with a celebrated career, having played for the legendary AC Milan from 1982 to 1990. His experience includes being part of "The Invincible," a team celebrated as the best of all time and winning prestigious titles such as the Scudetto Series A and the Champions League. His presence and expertise provided invaluable inspiration to our students and greatly elevated their football experience.

AC Milan Football Camp AC
The “AC Milan Elite Camp offers young players an unparalleled football immersion experience. At the club's official training ground, participants train in authentic PUMA kits under the renowned AC Milan Method (minimum 15 players). Beyond skill development, the programme includes exclusive access to Casa Milan for meet-and-greets with club legends, guided museum tours showcasing the team's glorious history, and authentic Milanese dining. More than just a training camp, it's a transformative journey blending teamwork cultivation with authentic Italian cultural experiences.
